Running.
I did my 6 mile run today and cut a whopping three minutes off my best time. I think I'm gonna put some kind of running log on my site so I can keep track of my training. Not that I'm hardcore, but I'm doing pretty well with my New Year's resolution to get back into running shape. I think I'm ready for a 5k. Anywho, my splits were 7:30, 7:30, 7:30, 7:30, 7:50 (all up hill!!), 7:30. Not too shabby.
