Dear Homeowner,
This letter is written at the direction of the Board of Directors and is in reference to a continued violation of the Association's governing documents, inclusive of CC&R's, Rules & Regulations, Policies, etc. The Board of Directors is required to uniformly enforce these governing documents of our Association. Compliance is still pending on the following infraction:
PATIO GATE IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE. ONLY EXPANDED METAL SHEETING (HOME DEPOT SK804-837) IS ALLOWED. PLEASE REMOVE UNAPPROVED COVERING.
The Board of Directors has reviewed the issues pertaining to this infraction and has agreed that a fine of up to $50.00 will be assessed to your account. Your attendance is requested at a hearing on September 16, 2003 at 6 p.m. in the clubhouse to determine if the fine shall be waived, or if additional fines shall be imposed for continued non-compliance. If you are unable to attend the hearing, please submit a letter representing your cause at least one (1) working day prior to the meeting for the Board's consideration.
