Brent Wilkes and Kyle "Dusty" Foggo are the latest to be implicated in the Republican culture of corruption. (What is it with these guys and air quote nicknames?) They went to high school together in San Diego 30 years ago. They played football, served in student government, bought influence from Congressmen with hookers. Oh wait, that came later.
