Truthiness.
Stephen Colbert was invited for hist first (and last) appearance to the White House Correspondents' dinner. What followed was nothing short of satiric irony at its finest, and pretty jaw dropping when you consider the president was sitting five feet away. Most of the room wasn't laughing. They were simply frozen in wide-eyed astonishment as Colbert stared straight into the eyes of the president while openly mocking him. And while his delivery might seem lighthearted on the surface, his critique was biting and subversive. It took unbelievable courage, nay... balls, to get up there and righteously bomb the way he did. Stephen Colbert, I salute you.
